6. Account Authentication

Customers may add accounts for online services such as Google Workspace and Gmail to our applications.
Accounts are added to applications using OAuth authentication, a secure mechanism that allows applications to access your Google Account data without revealing your password. This token is valid while the application is in use. If you delete your account or reinstall the application, you will need to re-authenticate the application for each Google Account using OAuth.
We use this authentication to support certain features, such as retrieving email for each account, and to support push notifications when requested. This information is local and is not stored on or transmitted to our servers.
